Shipping Methods

All the orders are fulfilled from 2 to 5 days after the order confirmation.

EMS (Express)

Tracking: Yes

Insurance: Yes

EMS is the fastest and safest shipping method offered by Japan Post. International shipments are usually delivered between 2 and 6 days after the order is shipped.

Rates: Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. We charge the same rates as Japan Post, which you can check on their official website.

Note: If you are not at home when the package is delivered, the tracking system will indicate that the package has been delivered. In that case, we suggest that you contact the post office to which your home is affiliated and take the necessary actions to retrieve your order.

E-Packet International (Standard)

Tracking: Yes

Insurance: Yes (up to 6000 JPY)

E-Packet International is an ideal shipping method for small orders. It is cheaper than EMS, however, it has an order tracking system that allows you to know where your package is. This method is only available for orders under 2 kg.

Please note that even if your order is less than 2 kg, E-Packet packages are subject to size restrictions, and your order may be shipped in multiple packages if the total volume of items exceeds the allowed size.

International E-Packet shipments are generally delivered between 7 and 9 days after the order has been shipped.

Rates: Shipping fees are calculated automatically when you check out. We charge the same rates as the Japan Post, which you can view here.

Shipping costs

Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected.

EMS: 2 to 6 days after shipment

E-Packet: from 6 to 12 days after shipment

E-Packet Light: 2 to 3 weeks after shipment
